Job Responsibilities

You now have the opportunity to gain insight into one of Sweden's largest wastewater treatment plants in the role of Property Technician.

As a summer intern for this position at Gryaab, you will belong to the Property Group in our Technical Supply department and become part of a wonderful team with a high level of openness, great participation, and a helpful attitude towards each other.

As a Property Technician, you will work with supervision and maintenance of properties as well as service, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.

The position is during the day with the possibility of flexible hours.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has started or is about to graduate with a relevant education in property management, property technology, or equivalent by summer and sees this summer job as an excellent opportunity to both practice and build on your experiences and knowledge in the profession.

As a person, we believe you have the ability to work both independently and in a team and can take your own initiatives. You are likely good at collaborating with others and possess strong communication skills.
